■General Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the maximum number of participants for any events currently running at the same time has been reached.
The maximum number of participants is the combined total of all tournaments being held at the same time.
A tournament is considered valid with three or more participants.
○ Deck Registration
Tournaments with three wins must register their decks by the end of the day. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○ Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be considered a bye. Late joins may also receive byes for the remaining matches.
○ Late Leave
You may leave at any time. Re-entry is not permitted.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount applies to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the fee will be 300 yen.
〇Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are eligible for free entry to all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, the discount applies to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack cost, the fee will be 3,000 yen.
