    *Gold-bordered cards (World Championship Deck Set) are not permitted in this event.

    Rules

    Cards allowed are those included in 8th Edition through Core Set 2013. (Duplicate cards are permitted.)

    Mulligans will follow the current rules.

    All other rules will remain the same as those in place prior to the release of Core Set 2013.

    Examples:

    Mana burn is possible.

    Combat damage is applied to the stack.

    Only one legendary card with the same name can be in play, combined by each player.
