○ Event Structure
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, there will be a single-elimination bracket for the top players.
Each round has a 50-minute time limit.

8 players: 3 rounds of Swiss draw, followed by a 1st place finisher.

9-16 players: 5 rounds of Swiss draw + 2 rounds of Top 4 single-elimination brackets.

17-32 players: 5 rounds of Swiss draw + 3 rounds of Top 8 single-elimination brackets.

○ Pre-registration
Pre-registration will be available during the following period. Please complete the application process by clicking ""Apply"" at the bottom of this page. (Note: If you interrupt the application process, the application button will not be displayed for a while, but will reappear after a while. If it does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us.) (Note: The application button will not be displayed outside the application period or if tickets are sold out.) On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above to complete the application process.

○ On-the-Day Registration
Please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above. (Note: We may not accept on-the-day registrations depending on the number of reservations. In this case, we will notify you on our Twitter.)

○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held with a minimum of 8 participants.
If the number of participants is 3-7, the event will be held as a daily event (3-round event with a participation fee of ¥500).

○ Late Participation
Late participants are accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be ¥500.
The first round will be a forfeit. Late participants may also be given a forfeit in the remaining rounds.
If a pre-registered, paid participant does not register within the registration time, we may accept a same-day participant or a participant wishing to join mid-way.
If there are no available seats as a result, participants who pre-registered will not be able to join mid-way.

○ LEAVE
You may leave at any time. Re-entry will not be permitted.

○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price participation fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events.
Participation in this event costs 500 yen. Please inform the staff at event registration.

○Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free participation fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events.
Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*Does not stack with other discounts.
