    ○ Registration Method
    If you wish to register on the day, please come to the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above. Advance reservations are also available, which will ensure a smoother registration process. Even if you use advance reservations, please come to the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above.

    ○ Deck Registration
    If you advance to the single elimination round, you must register your deck by the day of the event. Advance registration is also available. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.

    ○ Minimum Number of Participants
    This tournament will be held with a minimum of eight participants.
    If the number of participants is between three and seven, the event will be held as a daily event (three-round event with a participation fee of ¥500).
    ○ Late Participation
    Late participants will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be ¥500. The first round will be a bye. Late participants may also receive byes for the remaining matches.
    If a player who has pre-registered and paid does not register within the registration hours, we may accept on-the-day registration or late participants. If the event capacity is full, those who have pre-registered will not be able to join mid-way.
    ○ LEAVE
    You may leave at any time. Re-entry is not permitted.
    ○ Half-Price Discount for Women
    Female players receive half-price participation fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Participation in this event costs 500 yen. Please inform the staff at event registration.

    ○ Free for High School Students and Younger
    Players under high school age receive free participation fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
