■General Information
○Registration Method
Please come to the event counter during the registration time. Those who have made a pre-registration should also come to the event counter during the registration time.
○Deck Registration
Those who advance to the Top 8 are required to register their decks on the day of the tournament. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 9 or more participants.
○Late Entrance
Late entrance is accepted until the start of the second round. The first round will be forfeited. Late entrants may also receive forfeits in their remaining matches.
If those who have paid for pre-registration do not register within the registration time, we may accept on-the-day registrations or late entrants. If there are no available spots as a result, those who have pre-registered will not be able to participate late.
○Early Departure
You may leave at any time. Re-entry is not permitted.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount applies to the participation fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen participation fee, you will be charged 300 yen.
〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age receive free participation at all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID to the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. For some events such as Sealed, the discount applies to the participation fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event where the pack cost is 2,970 yen, you will be charged 3,000 yen.
○ Other
If you participate in this tournament, such as placing in the Top 8, you may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
