■General Information
"Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the maximum number of participants for any events running at the same time has been reached.
The maximum number of participants is the combined total of all tournaments being held at the same time.
A tournament will be considered valid with a minimum of three participants.
○Deck Registration
Those with three wins must register their deck on the day of the event. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a forfeit. Even players who join late may receive bye wins for the remaining matches.
○Leaving
You may leave at any time. Re-joining is not permitted.
○Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price participation fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), discounts are applied to the entry fee excluding the cost of packs. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the fee will be 300 yen.
〇Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are eligible for free entry to all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, discounts are applied to the entry fee excluding the cost of packs. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack fee, the fee will be 3,000 yen.
○Other
If you participate in this tournament, such as when the event is completed, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise included in media."
