■General Information
"Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the maximum number of participants for any events currently running at the same time has been reached.
The maximum number of participants is the combined total of all tournaments running at the same time.
A tournament will be considered valid with a minimum of three participants.
○ Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a forfeit. Late joiners may also be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○ Late Leave
You may leave at any time. Rejoining is not permitted.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), discounts are applied to the entry fee excluding packs. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the entry fee will be 300 yen.
Free for High School Students and Younger
High school students and younger players are eligible for free entry to all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Shield, the discount applies to the entry fee excluding the pack fee. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event where the pack fee is 2,970 yen, the fee would be 3,000 yen.
Other Information
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in media, such as when the event is finalized."
