"○Event Format
A three-round Swiss-style tournament will be held regardless of the number of participants. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the third round.
The rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held once.
○How to Participate
Please come to the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○ Late Registration
If there is still space available, late registration will be accepted until the start of the second round. In this case, the entry fee is 300 yen, and you will forfeit the first round. Late registrants may also be awarded by default for the remaining matches.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on the entry fee for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform a staff member at the event registration desk.

○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players who are high school students or younger are eligible for free entry to all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to staff at the event registration desk.

○ Leaving the Event Early
You may leave the event at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to mark your withdrawal. If you are unable to do so via the app, please visit the event registration counter. We cannot allow you to rejoin the event. If you leave early, you will also be unable to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○ Important Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photographs, videos, or other media.
