■General Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the capacity of any events running at the same time is reached.
The maximum capacity is the combined capacity of any other tournaments being held at the same time.
A tournament will be considered valid with a minimum of 8 participants.
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination bracket will be held among the top players.
*The top players in the Swiss rounds have the right to choose whether to play first or second in the single-elimination round.
○Deck Registration
Top 8 players must register their deck by the day of the event. Pre-registration is also available. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a bye. Late joins may also receive byes for the remaining matches.
○Late Leave
You may leave at any time. Re-joining is not permitted.
○Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Any fractional yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the charge will be 300 yen.
○High school students and younger: Free
Players under high school age are eligible for free entry to all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, the discount will be applied to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Any fractional yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack cost, the charge will be 3,000 yen.
○Other
If you participate in the tournament, such as if you make it into the Top 8, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in media.
