【Procedure After Winning】
Please complete your application and payment via credit card through the event page linked in your lottery result email by 17:00 on Tuesday, September 9.Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of your selection.
After payment, please visit the store’s tournament counter during check-in hours and present your Hareruya My Page membership barcode to complete your check-in.

A. Yes. Each store and start time has its own event page for the lottery. Please apply through each page individually.However, please refrain from applying for multiple events that overlap in time.
Q. How many winners will be selected?
A. The estimated total number of winners at this store is listed above under “Capacity.”The actual number per session may vary based on seat availability and application volume.
Q. Are there any payment methods other than credit cards?
A. Unfortunately, only credit card payments are accepted.If you do not own a credit card, please consider using a prepaid card or similar service that can be used like a credit card.
Q. I was selected but missed the payment deadline. Can I still participate?
A. Unfortunately, your selection will be invalid.
Q. Will there be a waitlist or on-the-day entry?
A. Depending on cancellations and availability, we may open last-minute or same-day entries.Any updates will be announced on store X account closer to the event date.
Q. What happens if I arrive late?
A. If you can complete deck building before Round 1 begins, you may still participate (with reduced build time).If you finish deck building after Round 1 has started but before Round 2 begins, you may join from Round 2.In this case, you will still receive the match prize if you complete all remaining rounds.If you do not complete deck building by the start of Round 2, you will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for the match prize.However, you may still pick up your Prerelease Kit by visiting the store within one week of the event.
Q. Are English prerelease kits available?
A. If English Play Boosters are in stock, we can replace the Japanese ones in your kit with English ones.This option is available only to players who are unable to play with Japanese cards.Kits will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.During both deck construction and matches, referring to card lists (via printouts or smartphones) is permitted by the rules.
