This page is the registration page for the Asia Eternal Weekend 2025 Asia Legacy Championship
Please note that the event will be held at Pacifico Yokohama, Hall C. This is different from the venue listed on the store page.
This event uses
Melee.
Please follow the steps below to complete deck registration within the deadlines:
Important Deadlines:
Step ③ must be completed by Tuesday, December 9, 2025, 23:59 JST.
Step ④ must be completed by Friday, December 12, 2025, 22:00 JST.
Please note that if Step ③ is not completed by the deadline, the email containing the link for Step ④ (deck registration) will not be sent.
Steps:
①.Create a MELEE account. It is recommended to use the same email address as your Hareruya account.
②.Complete package purchase/payment on Hareruya’s event page.
(Attention)
If the payment process is interrupted—for example, by refreshing the page or navigating away during checkout—a “Cancel Application” button will appear, and you will be temporarily unable to make a reservation.
After a short while, the button will disappear, and you will be able to make a reservation again.
If the application button does not reappear after more than 30 minutes, please contact us.
Please note that the application button will not be displayed outside the designated application period or when the item/service is sold out.
③.Register your Hareruya account membership number and Melee email address using the following form:

Even if your Melee email matches your Hareruya account, please register separately.
④.Within 1–2 business days after completing registration, an email containing the Melee deck registration form will be sent to the “email address used to purchase the package from Hareruya.”
Complete deck submission using the provided URL.
Emails will be sent from the domain “~@hareruyamtg.com”. Please ensure you can receive messages from this domain.

Please note that, unlike regular reservations, the following cancellation policy applies to applications submitted on this page. Be sure to review it before registering.

Be aware that the refund rate will depend on the date we receive your cancellation.
100% refund: until December 5, 2025 (JST)
0% refund: after December 6, 2025 (JST)
The fee generated at the time of refund will be borne by the customer.
