■General Information
〇 Registration
Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in an ongoing event reaches the capacity.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
A minimum of eight participants is required to hold the event. If the number of participants is less than eight or more than three, the tournament format will change.
In such cases, the event will be held as a three-round event with a participation fee of ¥500. Prizes will be as follows:
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
〇 Late Participation
You may join up until the start of the second round.
In this case, you will receive a ¥500 discount on your participation fee and will receive a bye for the first round.
○ Late Participation
You can leave the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the event via the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Rejoining will not be permitted.
〇 Number of Matches
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination bracket will be played between the top Swiss round finishers.
8 players: 3 rounds of Swiss only. No single-elimination format.
9-16 players: 5 rounds of Swiss + 2 rounds of Top 4 single-elimination format.
17-32 players: 5 rounds of Swiss + 3 rounds of Top 8 single-elimination format.
〇To players who have advanced to the single-elimination Finals:
If you have advanced to the single-elimination format, please submit your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is open until 11:59 PM on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of the single-elimination format.
〇About interrupted payment during pre-registration:
If the registration process is interrupted, the registration button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to register again after a certain amount of time has passed without any action.
If the registration button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The registration button will not appear outside of the registration period or if tickets are sold out.
〇Half-Price Discount for Women:
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Participation in this event is ¥300. Please inform the staff at event registration.

○Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age can participate in all Hareruya-sponsored events for free. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.

If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in media.
