■General Information
〇 Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the seating capacity.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
The minimum number of participants is eight. If the number of participants is less than eight or more than three, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the event will be held as a three-round event with a participation fee of ¥500, and the prizes will be as follows:
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
〇 Late Joining
You may join up until the start of the second round.
In this case, you will receive a ¥500 discount on your participation fee and will receive a bye for the first round.
○ Late Leave
You can leave at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Rejoining is not permitted.
○ Number of Matches
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination bracket will be played among the top Swiss round finishers.
8 players: 3 rounds of Swiss rounds only. No single-elimination format.
9-16 players: 5 rounds of Swiss rounds + 2 rounds of Top 4 single-elimination format.
17-32 players: 5 rounds of Swiss rounds + 3 rounds of Top 8 single-elimination format.
〇To players who have advanced to the single-elimination finals:
If you have advanced to the single-elimination finals, please submit your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is open until 11:59 PM on the day of the event. Prizes will be exchanged for the submitted decklist, so we recommend submitting it in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of the single-elimination format.
〇About interrupted payment during pre-registration:
If the transaction is interrupted, the application button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without any action.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not appear outside the event period or if tickets are sold out.
Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Participation in this event costs ¥500. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*Does not stack with other discounts. *Amounts less than ¥100 will be rounded up.
Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
