Event Structure
Deck building time is 60 minutes. Players are generally divided into 3-5 players depending on the number of participants, and two games are played.
Each game has a 60-minute time limit. If the game does not end within the time limit, the game continues until the stack is empty or 10 minutes have passed. If the game still does not end, the player with the most life is the winner. If there are multiple players, the player seated furthest back is the winner. If it is unlikely that the winner will change by the time the stack is empty, the game will not continue and a winner will be determined.
Commander Box League Construction Rules
Players open Play Booster boxes and build a 60-card Commander deck with the cards they obtain. Buy-a-Box promos and Commander promos cannot be added to decks.
Multiple copies of cards from Play Boosters can be used in a deck.
Cards from Play Boosters that can be used as commanders can be used.
Color identity construction rules do not apply. Players are not bound by the color identity of their commander and can build decks using any colors they like. Note: Commander color identity itself remains, so it applies to card effects that refer to color identity (such as Arcane Signet).
Buy-a-Box promos and Commander promos cannot be added to decks.
You are free to rearrange your deck using the cards you have acquired.
○ Subsequent Participation
Once you participate, you can participate multiple times during the event period. There will be a maximum of 60 minutes of deckbuilding time after the start date and time listed above, but if all participants finish deckbuilding early, the first round will begin immediately, so please arrive early.
○ Late Participation
You can join up until the start of the second round. Please note that deckbuilding time may be shortened.
