    The event will be held in the 3rd round of the Swiss Round.
    3-round Swiss tournament regardless of participant numbers. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.
    After the third round, we'll hold rock-paper-scissors tournaments.
    These will be conducted Second: first with all participants from the third round, then with everyone except those who won in the first tournament.
    In that case, the participation fee is 300 yen, and the first round will be a bye.
    The tournament will be held with 4 or more participants.
