■General Information
〇Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the current event's seating capacity is reached.
○Minimum Number of Participants
A minimum of four participants is required for the event. If the number of participants is less than three or more than two, the tournament format will change.
In this case, the event will be held as a two-round event with a participation fee of ¥300.
The prizes for this event will be:
Participation Prize: Three ¥100 Discount Coupons for Single Cards
Winner: ¥100 Discount Coupon for Single Cards
〇Late-Play Join
You may join up until the start of the second round.
In this case, you will receive a ¥200 discount on the participation fee and will receive a bye for the first round.
○Late-Play Join
You can leave at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Rejoining is not permitted.
〇Number of Matches
The event will consist of three Swiss rounds.
〇Deck List Registration
Deck list registration is open until 11:59 PM on the day of the event. Prize points will be exchanged for the submitted deck list, so we recommend submitting it in advance, such as between rounds.
〇About Interrupted Payments When Using Pre-Reservations
If the pre-registration process is interrupted, the application button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without any action.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the event period or if tickets are sold out.
〇Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players can enjoy half-price entry at all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ¥300. Please inform the staff at event registration.

〇Free for High School Students and Younger
High school students and younger can participate in all Hareruya-sponsored events for free. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
