■General Information
○ Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss draw. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes. There will be no extra turns in this event.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the third round.
○ Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the following period. Please complete the procedure from "Application" at the bottom of this page.
(※If the procedure is interrupted midway, the "Cancel Application" display will disappear after a while and you will be able to make reservations again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above and check in.
○ On-the-day Reception
First come, first served. If you would like to register on the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
※If the capacity is filled with advance reservations, those who register on the day of the event will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations. If you would like to participate in the event, please use advance reservations.
○How to participate
Please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above. Please present your Hareruya membership code to the staff.
○Deck registration
We ask all players who have won all their matches to register their decks on the day. Deck registrations from other players are also welcome. You can also do so in advance. Please register at the bottom of this page under "Deck registration" or on your personal page under "Tournament deck registration".
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are four or more participants.
○Participating in the middle of a match
If there is room in the capacity, we will accept participants who join in the middle of a match up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Participants who join in the middle of a match may also be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players can enjoy half-price participation fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs 300 yen to participate. Please inform the staff when you check in at the event.

○Free for high school students and younger
Players under high school age can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please present your student handbook to the staff when checking in at the event.

○Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time. Please withdraw from the event through the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-participation will not be possible. If you leave midway, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○About waiting for cancellations and same-day registration
In principle, same-day registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if there are more people wishing to register on the day than the capacity at the time registration begins, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached by advance reservation or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations.
