    The minimum number of participants is seven.

    There will be five Swiss rounds.

    Players may join up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee is ¥500 and the first round will be forfeited.

    If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tournament will be held as a regular Holiday Tournament (Modern).
