Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The maximum number of participants is the total number of participants including any other tournaments being held at the same time.
The minimum number of participants is three.
The basic format is four-person tables, which will be divided into three to five players depending on the number of participants.
A total of two games will be played.
Tables will be rearranged between games.
A "Commander bracket" will be introduced, and players should use decks from bracket 3 or 4.
A table will be set up for each bracket.
Please note that depending on the number of participants and the desired bracket, one of the brackets may not be completed.
Each game lasts 60 minutes.
If the game does not end within the time limit, the game will continue until the stack is empty or 10 minutes have passed since the stack was resolved. If the game still does not end, the player with the most life (if there is more than one player, the player seated furthest back) is the winner.
Once the winner is decided, the players at the table will decide on the "Excitement Happy Award" for this game.
