Ballpoint pen, scissors
These will be used to fill in and tear off the sheets used for matching and the lottery.
We can lend them out, but we would appreciate your cooperation in running the event smoothly.
■How to use the matching sheet
・After the match is over, please make sure that your opponent's commander has been filled in.
・Prizes will be given out at the reception according to the number of people who have filled in. If you don't have time until the next match, please come again after the next time.
・When you have filled up the sheet up to the lottery ticket section, tear it off and put the top part of the sheet in the lottery box. You are now ready to participate in the lottery.
・You can also use it to find out which commanders your opponent has already played with. Please use it as a reference for choosing your deck.
■Online pairing is used for matching.
Please bring a device that can connect to the Internet and read QR codes.
Please note that there is no free Wi-Fi in the store.
■The time limit for each game is 60 minutes.
When the time limit is over, the next match will be created.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please end the game immediately when the time limit is announced.
If you finish the match before the time limit, you can continue to enjoy free play or look around the store while you wait.
■Schedule
The matches are scheduled to start at the following times.
12:00 - Opening Ceremony
12:00 - 1st Match
13:00 - 2nd Match
14:00 - 3rd Match
15:00 - 4th Match
16:00 - 5th Match
17:00 - 6th Match
The above schedule is tentative. There may be some deviations depending on the situation on the day.
If you are not in the store when the matching is announced, the match will start with the remaining members.
Please note that once the match starts, you will not be able to participate in the game until the next matching.
The lottery is scheduled to start at 6:15 p.m.
〇Participation fee
The participation fee will be charged when you participate in the first match. Matches from the second match onwards are free.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 800 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.
〇Regarding reservations
※If you interrupt the process midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.
〇Notes
・This is an event recommended for parties and battles.
・Those who want the feel of Challenge or The Game can use it if there is agreement at the table.
・However, please avoid situations where you only have Challenge or The Game decks.
・You can participate at any time within the above reception hours. Depending on the time you participate, you may not be able to play the number of times required to participate in the lottery.
