〇Participation registration
First come, first served. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
○Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 8 participants.
○Participation in the middle
You can join in the middle until the start of the 2nd round.
In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 500 yen, and the 1st round will be a forfeit.
○Leaving in the middle
You can leave in the middle at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-participation will not be possible.
〇Number of matches
After the Swiss rounds according to the number of participants, there will be a single elimination round among the top players in the Swiss rounds.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only. There will be no single elimination round.
9-16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 2 Top 4 single elimination rounds
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 3 Top 8 single elimination rounds
〇To players who have advanced to the single elimination finals
If you have advanced to the single elimination round, please register your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is open until 23:59 on the day of the event. Prizes will be exchanged for the decklist you submitted, so we recommend that you submit your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of the single elimination round.
〇About interruptions to payment when using pre-registration
If the payment is interrupted during the process, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for half price. This event costs 500 yen. Please inform the staff when you check in at the event.
※This does not overlap with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please present your student handbook to the staff when you check in at the event.
