○Event Structure
Three Swiss Draw rounds will be played regardless of the number of participants. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
Advance Reservations
Advance reservations will be accepted during the following period. Please make a reservation from the “Application” page at the bottom of this page.
(*If you cancel your reservation during the reservation process, the “Canceled Reservation” button will disappear after a while and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the “Canceled reservation” button does not appear for more than 30 minutes, please contact us.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours to check in.

*If the event is filled to capacity with advance reservations, those who register on the day of the event will be placed on a waiting list. If you want to be sure of your participation, please make a reservation in advance.
How to participate
Please come to the event reception counter at the above reception time.
All winners will be asked to register their decks on the day of the event. Deck registrations from other players are also welcome. You can also register your deck in advance. Please register your deck from “Deck Registration” at the bottom of this page or “Tournament Deck Registration” on My Page.
This tournament will be held when there are 4 or more participants.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price for participation in all events hosted by Harukeya. The fee for this event is 300 yen. Please inquire with the staff at the event registration desk.
*This discount cannot be duplicated with other discounts.
0 Free for high school students and below
Players who are high school students and below are free to participate in all events hosted by Harukeya. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event registration desk.
*Cannot be applied in duplicate with other discounts.
○Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the event at any time. You can leave the event at any time. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept your re-entry. If you leave during the event, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors-scissors tournament.
As a rule, on-the-day registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the time of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the number of applicants reaches the capacity during the registration time or advance reservations, the subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
Please note that
participants may be photographed, filmed, or filmed in other media.
