■General Information
○ Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss draw. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
○ Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the following period. Please complete the procedure from the "Application" at the bottom of this page.
(※ If the procedure is interrupted midway, the "Cancel Application" display will disappear after a while and reservations will be available again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※ The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above and check in.
○ Same-day reception
Those who are registering on the day of the event should come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
※ If the capacity is filled with advance reservations, those who register on the day of the event will be placed on a waiting list. If you want to definitely participate, please use advance reservations.
○ How to participate
Please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
○ Deck registration
Those who have won all their matches are asked to register their decks by the end of the day. Deck registrations from other people are also welcome. You can also complete it in advance. Please register at the bottom of this page under "Deck Registration" or on My Page under "Tournament Deck Registration".
○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Late Participation
If there is room in the capacity, late participation will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Late participants may also be given a forfeit in the remaining matches.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.

○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.

○Lose your participation
You can leave the event at any time. Please withdraw from the event using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to operate the device, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be permitted. If you leave midway, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○About waiting for cancellations and same-day registration
In principle, same-day registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if there are more applicants wishing to register on the day than the capacity at the time registration begins, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached during pre-registration or registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations.
