○ Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the number of participants for events ongoing at the same time reaches the capacity.
The capacity is the combined number of participants for tournaments held at the same time.
You can join in the middle of the tournament until the start of the second round.
○ Minimum number of participants
The tournament will be valid with 8 or more participants.
○ Event structure
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single elimination will be held for the top players.
The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
65 or more: 7 Swiss rounds + TOP8 single elimination
33-64: 6 Swiss rounds + TOP8 single elimination
17-32: 5 Swiss rounds + TOP8 single elimination
9-16: 4 Swiss rounds + TOP4 single elimination
8: 3 Swiss rounds (no final round)
※The top players in the Swiss rounds have the right to choose whether to go first or second in the single elimination round.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please inform the staff when checking in at the event.

○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff when checking in at the event.

○Exiting
You can leave the event at any time. Please withdraw from the event through the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be permitted.
○Notes
If you participate in the tournament, such as when you make it into the top 8, you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise captured in media.
