● Event Structure
3 rounds of Swiss draw will be played regardless of the number of participants. Each round has a time limit of 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the third round to determine the winner of the limited edition supplies for this event.
● Advance reservations
Advance reservations will be made during the following period. Please complete the procedure from ""Apply"" at the bottom of this page.
* If you interrupt the procedure midway, the application button will not be displayed temporarily, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything. If it does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. * The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out. ) On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above to check in.
● On-the-day reception
Those who wish to register on the day of the event should come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
* If the number of participants in advance reservations is full, we will not accept registrations on the day of the event.
●Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
●Late participation
Late participation is accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the first round will be considered a forfeit. Late participants may also be considered to have won the remaining matches by default.
If a person who has made a pre-registration and paid does not register within the registration time, we may accept people who wish to register on the day or join late. If there are no vacancies as a result, people who have made a pre-registration will not be able to join late. Please note.
●Late withdrawal
You can withdraw at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter.
We cannot accept re-participation. If you withdraw mid-way, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
●Half price discount for women
Female players can enter all events hosted by Hareruya at half price. You can enter this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff when you check in at the event.
※Does not overlap with other discounts. ※Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
●Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can enter all events hosted by Hareruya at free of charge. Please present your student handbook to the staff when you check in at the event.

●Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
○Regarding on-the-day registration
Those who are registering on the day should come to the event registration counter at the registration time mentioned above.
※If the capacity is filled with advance reservations, those who register on the day will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations. If you want to be sure you can attend, please make a reservation in advance.
○About waiting for cancellations and same-day registrations
In principle, same-day registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of people wishing to register on the day exceeds the capacity at the time registration begins, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached by advance reservation or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations.
