■General Information
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Late entry
If there is room in the capacity, late entry will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the entry fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Late entry may also be a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please inform the staff at the event reception.

○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.

○Exiting
You can leave the tournament at any time. Please withdraw from the tournament using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be accepted. If you leave the tournament early, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○About waiting for cancellations and on-the-day registration
In principle, on-the-day registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if there are more applicants wishing to register on the day than the capacity at the time registration begins, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached by advance reservation or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations.
