■General Information
○ Event Structure
3 rounds of Swiss draw will be played regardless of the number of participants. Each round has a time limit of 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the 3rd round to determine who will receive the supplies limited to this event.
○ Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the following period. Please complete the procedure from "Apply" at the bottom of this page. (※ If the procedure is interrupted midway, the application button will not be displayed temporarily, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything. If it does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※ The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out.) On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above and check in.
○ On-the-day Reception
Those who wish to register on the day of the event should come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above. If the number of participants is full based on the advance reservation, we will not accept registrations on the day of the event. If there are slots available on the day of the event, we will notify you via X at our store, so please see X.
○ Deck Registration
Those who have won all their tickets will be asked to register their decks by the end of the day. Deck registrations from other people are also welcome. You can also complete it in advance. Please register at the bottom of this page, "Deck Registration" or at "Tournament Deck Registration" on your My Page.
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Participation in the middle of the tournament
Participation in the middle of the tournament will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the first round will be a forfeit. Participants who join in the middle of the tournament may also be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
If a person who has made a pre-registration and paid does not register within the reception time, we may accept people who wish to register on the day or join in the middle of the tournament. If there are no spaces available as a result, people who have made a pre-registration will not be able to join in the middle of the tournament. Thank you for your understanding.
○Leaving in the middle of the tournament
You can leave in the middle of the tournament at any time. Please withdraw from the tournament using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept your re-entry. If you leave in the middle of the tournament, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
〇Half price discount for women
Female players can enter for half price at all events hosted by Hareruya. You can enter this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.

〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can enter for free at all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.
