■General Information
〇 Registration
Registration on the day will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants for the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
If you want to be sure to participate, please make a reservation in advance.
○ Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 8 participants. If the number of participants is less than 8 or more than 3, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the event will be held as a 3-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen, and the prizes will be
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
〇 Participation in the middle
You can join in the middle until the start of the second round.
In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 500 yen, and the first round will be considered a forfeit.
○ Leaving in the middle
You can leave the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-participation will not be possible.
〇Number of matches
After the Swiss round according to the number of participants, there will be a single elimination round among the top players in the Swiss round.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only. No single elimination round.
9-16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 2 Top 4 single elimination rounds
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 3 Top 8 single elimination rounds
〇To players who have advanced to the single elimination final round
If you have advanced to the single elimination round, please register your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is available until 23:59 on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of the single elimination round.
〇About interruptions to payment when using pre-registration
If the payment is interrupted midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out.
〇 Half price discount for women
Female players will receive half price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. If fractions such as 50 yen occur, the entry fee will be rounded up. Please inform the staff when you check in for the event.

Event with original entry fee of 500 yen: Entry fee 300 yen
Event with original entry fee of 1,000 yen: Entry fee 500 yen
Event with original entry fee of 1,500 yen: Entry fee 800 yen
Event with original entry fee of 2,000 yen: Entry fee 1,000 yen
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
〇 Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID card to the staff when checking in for the event.
*This discount does not overlap with other discounts.
○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise shown in media.
