■General Information
〇How to register
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
〇Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 8 participants.
If the number of participants is less than 8 or more than 5, the event will be held as a 3-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen.
The prizes in this case will be
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
The participation prizes will remain the same.
〇Regarding mid-way participation
You can join mid-way up until the start of the 2nd round. In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 500 yen, and the 1st round will be forfeited.
If the event is held as a 3-round event, the participation fee will be 300 yen if you join mid-way.
〇Regarding interruptions to payment when using advance reservations
If the payment is interrupted mid-way, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.
○Exiting
You can withdraw at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be accepted.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
*Does not overlap with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event reception.

○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise used in media.
