■General Information
○ Event Structure
The event will be held with 4 participants or more, and there will be 2 rounds.
Decks can be changed for each round.
The time limit is 60 minutes per round.
If the game has not been decided after the time limit, the game will end when the current stack is empty or 10 minutes have passed on the stack.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the event.
○ Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the following period. Please complete the procedure from "Application" at the bottom of this page. (※ If you interrupt the procedure midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything. If it does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※ The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out.) On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours and check in.
○ On-the-day reception
Those who are registering on the day of the event should come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours. (※Depending on the number of reservations, we may not be able to accept reservations on the day. In this case, we will notify you on our Twitter.)
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Participation in the middle of the tournament
Participation in the middle of the tournament will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the first round will be a forfeit. Participants who join in the middle of the tournament may also be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
If a person who has made a pre-registration and paid does not register within the reception time, we may accept people who wish to register on the day or join in the middle of the tournament. If there are no spaces available as a result, people who have made a pre-registration will not be able to join in the middle of the tournament.
○Leaving in the middle of the tournament
You can leave in the middle of the tournament at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept you back in. If you leave in the middle of the tournament, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
〇Half price discount for women
Female players can enter for half price at all events hosted by Hareruya. You can enter this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
※Does not overlap with other discounts. ※Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can enter for free at all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.

○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise shown in the media.
