■General Information
○Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, three rounds of Swiss Draw will be played. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
○Same-day registration
Please come to the event registration counter during the registration time above if you wish to register on the day of the event. (* Depending on the number of reservations, we may not be able to accept reservations on the day of the event. In this case, we will notify you via Twitter.)
○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held when there are 4 or more participants.
○Participation in the middle of the tournament
Participants may join the tournament up to the start of the second round. In this case, the first round will be a no-go. In this case, the first round will be a no-show.
If a player who has paid in advance does not register during the registration time, we may accept the player who wishes to participate on the day of the event or during the event. If there are no spaces available, those who have made advance reservations will not be allowed to participate during the event.
○Leaving during the session
You may leave at any time. Please use the Magic Companion application to abstain from the event. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be accepted.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive a half-price discount on the participation fee for all events hosted by Harukeya. The fee for this event is 300 yen. Please ask the staff at the event registration desk.
This discount does not overlap with other discounts. *Figures will be rounded up to the nearest 100 yen.
○Free for high school students and younger
Players of high school age and younger will receive free participation in all events hosted by Harukeya. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event reception.
