■General Information
〇 Registration for participation
First come, first served. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
○ Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 4 participants or more. If the number of participants is less than 3 or more than 2, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the participation fee will be refunded and the event will be held as a free service event. Prizes:
Win: 100 yen discount coupon for single card
Event will be held as a prize.
〇 Participation in the middle
Participation in the middle is possible until the start of the second round.
In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 200 yen and the first round will be a forfeit.
○ Withdrawal in the middle
You can withdraw at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be accepted.
〇 Number of matches
Three Swiss rounds will be played.
〇Decklist registration
Decklist registration is available until 23:59 on the day of the event. Prize points will be exchanged for the submitted decklist, so we recommend submitting it in advance, such as between rounds.
〇About interruptions to payment when using advance reservation
If the procedure is interrupted midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
*Does not overlap with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to staff when checking in at the event.
*This does not apply to other discounts.

If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in media such as photos and videos.
