■Schedule
The event will be held as soon as registration opens and two or more people are ready to play.
〇Participation fee
The participation fee will be charged when you participate in the first match. Matches from the second match onwards are free.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event registration.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event registration.
〇Notes
・The match will start at 13:30. Registration will end at 18:00, and match matching will end at 20:00.
・You can participate at any time within the above registration hours. Depending on the time you participate, you may not be able to play the number of times required to win the prize.
For those who have registered at 13:30, the staff will match them all at once for the first round.
From the second round onwards, when two or more tables become available, people waiting for a match will be matched up. The staff will guide you at that time.
■We will check whether there are people waiting for a match at the following times, and will prioritize matching those who have registered during this time.

・There is no time limit for each game.
・■The game will generally be played as BO1 (first to win).
If you would like to play "BO3" (best of three, with sideboard), please let our staff know.
