■General Information
〇 Registration
First come, first served. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
○ Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 4 participants. If the number of participants is less than 3 or more than 2, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the event will be held as a 2-round event with a participation fee of 300 yen.
In that case, the prizes for the event will be
Participation prize: 3 x 100 yen discount coupons for single cards
Winner: 100 yen discount coupon for single cards
〇 Participation in the middle
You can join in the middle until the start of the 2nd round.
In that case, you will receive a 200 yen discount on the participation fee and will be considered a forfeit in the 1st round.
○ Leaving in the middle
You can leave in the middle of the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the event using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be accepted.
〇 Number of matches
The event will be played in 3 Swiss rounds.
〇Decklist registration
Decklist registration is available until 23:59 on the day of the event. Prize points will be exchanged for the submitted decklist, so we recommend submitting it in advance, such as between rounds.
〇If payment is interrupted when using advance reservation
If the procedure is interrupted midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
*Does not overlap with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.
