■General Information
Promo packs will be distributed until they run out. If we run out of promo packs, we will give you one foil promo pack from a past event, and if we are unable to give you that, we will give you a 100 yen discount coupon for a single card.
〇Registration
First come, first served. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
○Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 4 participants. If the number of participants is less than 3 or more than 2, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the event will be held as a 2-round event with a participation fee of 300 yen.

〇Participation in the middle
You can join in the middle of the second round until the start of the second round.
In that case, you will receive a 200 yen discount on the participation fee and will be considered a forfeit in the first round.
○Leaving in the middle
You can leave the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to operate the device, please come to the event reception counter. Re-participation will not be possible.
〇 Number of matches
Three Swiss rounds will be confirmed.
〇 Decklist registration
Decklist registration is available until 23:59 on the day of the event. Prize points will be exchanged for the submitted decklist, so we recommend submitting it in advance, such as between rounds.
〇 About interruptions to payment when using pre-registration
If the process is interrupted midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. * The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.
〇 Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. This event can be participated in for 300 yen. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.

Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please present your student ID to staff at the event reception.
