■How to participate in each division
Please inform us of your intention to participate at the competition reception counter before the start time of each division.
Each section will have 2 rounds.
The time limit for one round is
The 13:00 session is 60 minutes, and the 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM sessions are 50 minutes.
After the first round, matching will be performed again for the second round.
You can change your deck every round.
For this event, we recommend using decks of game level ""Battle"" or lower. In some cases, we may ask you to refrain from participating in the tournament.

■About stamp cards
You will receive a stamp card when you register for the Commander Festival.
Please bring your stamp card to the tournament reception counter when you leave.
Each stamp collected will be exchanged for one prize.
You can choose your favorite prize from stickers, badges, etc. that have been distributed at other events in the past.
○Advance reservation
Advance reservations will be made during the period below. Please complete the procedure from ""Application"" at the bottom of this page.
(*If the procedure is interrupted during the process, the ""Cancellation Application"" display will disappear after a while and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when the reservation is sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter and check in during the reception hours listed above.
○Reception on the day
If you are registering on the day, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
*If advance reservations are full, those who register on the day will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations. If you want to guarantee your participation, please make a reservation in advance.
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Participate in the middle
If there is capacity, we will accept late participants. In this case as well, the participation fee will be 1,000 yen.
〇Half price discount for women
Female players will receive half price participation fees at all events sponsored by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 500 yen. Please let the staff know when you register for the event.

〇Free for high school students and under
Players under high school age can participate for free at all events sponsored by Hareruya. Please present your student notebook to the staff when registering for the event.

○Leaving midway
You can leave at any time. Please come to the event reception counter. We cannot accept re-participation.
○About cancellation waiting list and same-day reception
In principle, same-day receptions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if there are more applicants than capacity at the start time of reception, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached during advance reservations or reception hours, subsequent receptions will be placed on a waiting list."
