    Magic Academy Magic Teacher Pin Badge
    We will give away Magic teacher pin badges to those who participate in upcoming prereleases and beginner events and help make the events enjoyable for new Magic players. We may not be able to give them to everyone who wants them. If you would like one, please ask the staff. (Please wear and display the Magic teacher pin badge in a conspicuous place when participating in the event.)

    What is Magic Academy: Deck Building?
    Magic Academy: Deck Building is a deck building experience. It is one of the series of events following Magic Academy: How to Play. In this event, you will purchase 6 Magic: The Gathering Foundations or Aether Run Play Boosters, practice building a deck from them, and prepare for a prerelease or your first sealed match event.

    Experienced players can take this opportunity to bring their family and friends and gather the next generation of Magic players.

    Think of this event as an upgraded version of the Open House or Open House. We welcome new players with more support and a two-part series of events.

    How to register
    Those who register on the day should come to the tournament counter during the registration hours listed above.
    The participation fee varies depending on the packs used. (Foundations 6 packs: 3,300 yen, Aether Run 6 packs: 3,720 yen) ○For first-time players

    If you don't have a Wizards account yet, please join the campaign when you visit the store.

    *A Wizards account is required to participate in Magic Academy: How to Play Magic.

    ○Event Structure
    After watching the deck building guide video provided by Wizards, you will build a deck using 6 packs of Play Boosters. You can play as many matches as you like, from about 30 minutes to about 2 hours, depending on your preference.
    ○Minimum number of participants
    The event will be held with 2 participants. If there is only 1 participant, you can experience deck building, but we may not be able to guide you to a match.
    ○About holding the event outside of reception hours
    We also accept participation on the above dates and reception hours. If you wish to do so, please ask the staff at the store. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you depending on the congestion on the day. However, if you come in a group of multiple people, including experienced players, and do not need a staff member to explain how to play, the event can be held at any time.
