* If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception time, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
*We do not accept proxy applications.
*The final tournament will be held after the Swiss draw according to the number of participants.
*Participation will be accepted after the start of the first round and before the start of the second round.
In that case, the first round will be forfeited and the participation fee will be 1,500 yen.
