■General Information
"○Event composition
The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors competition will be held at the end of every match.
The event will be held with a minimum of 2 people. The method of holding the event will change depending on the number of people.
2 people: Only in the first round, the winner will receive a 100 yen ticket
3 people: Play a round robin and each winner will receive a 100 yen ticket
From 4 people: Fixed 3rd round of Swiss Round
○Advance reservation
Advance reservations will be made during the period below. Please complete the procedure from ""Application"" at the bottom of this page.
(*If the procedure is interrupted during the process, the ""Cancellation Application"" display will disappear after a while and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when the product is sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter and check in during the reception hours listed above.
○Reception on the day
If you are registering on the day, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above. (*Depending on the number of people making reservations, we may not be able to accept reservations on the day. In this case, we will notify you on our Twitter.)
○Deck registration
For those who won all the games, we ask them to register their decks on the same day. We also welcome deck registrations from other people. You can also complete this in advance. Please register from ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on My Page.
○ Participation in the middle
Participation will be accepted until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a bye. Even if you join in the middle of the match, the remaining matches may be won by default.
〇Half price discount for women
Female players will receive half price participation fees at all events sponsored by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please let the staff know when you register for the event.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), discount benefits will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee.
*Fractions in the 10 yen range will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and below
Players under high school age can participate for free at all events sponsored by Hareruya. Please present your student notebook to the staff when registering for the event.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), discount benefits will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee.
*Fractions in the 10 yen range will be rounded up.
○Leaving midway
You can leave at any time. Please perform the abstention operation from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We cannot accept re-participation. If you leave midway through, you will not be able to participate in the Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament.
○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be seen in media such as photos and videos.
