■General Information
○ Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss draw. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
○ Small number of participants
This tournament will be held if the number of participants is four or more.
If the number of participants is two, the participation fee will be refunded and the tournament will be held in a service tournament format. After the match, one person will be randomly selected and a promo pack will be presented.
If the number of participants is one, the participation fee will be refunded and the tournament will be invalid. Promo packs will not be presented. Thank you for your understanding.
○ Late Participation
Late participation is accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Late participants may also be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○ Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. This event can be participated in for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Shield (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.
○Free for high school students and younger
Players under high school age will be free to participate in all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff when checking in at the event.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Shield (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.
○Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time. Please withdraw from the event using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be permitted.
○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise captured in media.
