  • ■General Information

    **Deck Registration**
    All players need to register the deck before R1. Please register from Deck Registration at the bottom of this page or Tournament Deck Registration on my page.

    **Registration**
    Please come to the event reception counter at the above registration time. Depending on the number of seats remaining due to reservations, those without reservations may not be able to attend on the day of the event.

    **Event Structure**
    33-64 players : 6 rounds of Swiss draw + Top8
    17-32 players : 5 rounds of Swiss Draw + Top8
    9-16 players : 4 rounds of Swiss Draw + Top4
    6-8players: 3 rounds of Swiss Draw only
    ※This event may expand its capacity depending on the number of reservations.

    **Minimum Number of Participants**
    It will be held if the number of participants is 6 or more.

    **Late Entry**
    Until the start of the second round, you can join. In this case, the first round will be lost by default. You may also have bye in the remaining rounds.

    If pre-registered player does not check-in during the registration time, we may accept other players to join. As a result no seat were available, late-entry for pre-registered player may not be accepted.

    **Dropping Event**
    You can leave at any time. You will not be able to rejoin.

    **Discount for high school student or younger**

    Players of high school student and younger are Free of charge at all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event registration desk. The discount cannot be applied in duplicate with other discounts.

    **Discount for Female**
    Female players will receive Half off the registration fee for all events hosted by Harukeya. (1000yen for this event)Please ask the staff at the event registration desk. The discount cannot be applied in duplicate with other discounts.

    **Notes**
    *If you participate in this tournament, such as when you win the top 8 prize, it may be shown in the media such as pictures and videos.
