■General Information
〇Participation registration
First come, first served. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
○Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 8 participants. If the number of participants is less than 8 or more than 3, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the event will be held as a 3-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen, and the prizes will be:
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
○Participation in the middle
You can join in the middle until the start of the second round.
In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 500 yen, and the first round will be a forfeit.
○Leaving in the middle
You can leave in the middle at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry is not possible.
〇Number of matches
After the Swiss rounds based on the number of participants, there will be a single elimination round among the top players in the Swiss rounds.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only. There will be no single elimination round.
9-16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 2 Top 4 single elimination rounds
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 3 Top 8 single elimination rounds
〇To players who have advanced to the final single elimination round
If you have advanced to the single elimination round, please register your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is open until 23:59 on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of the single elimination round.
〇 About interruptions to payment when using advance reservations
If the payment is interrupted during the process, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. * The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the tickets are sold out.
〇 Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 500 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
* This does not overlap with other discounts. * Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇 Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.
