■General Information
○ Event Structure
3 rounds of Swiss draw will be played regardless of the number of participants. Each round has a time limit of 50 minutes.
At the end of the 3rd round, a rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held for all participants who have participated in all rounds from the 1st to the 3rd round of the event.
*Only one prize can be won in the rock-paper-scissors tournament. Please note that if you win the first rock-paper-scissors tournament, you will not be able to win a prize in the second round.
○ On-the-day reception
If you are registering on the day, please come to the event reception counter at the reception time listed above. (*We may not be able to accept on the day depending on the number of people who have pre-registered for this event or other events. In this case, we will notify you on our Twitter.)
○ Deck registration
We ask that those who win 3 times register their decks on the day. You can also do so in advance. Please register at the bottom of this page, "Deck registration", or at "Tournament deck registration" on your My Page.
If you win the rock-paper-scissors tournament, you can also register your deck list. Please feel free to contact our staff.
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Participating in the middle of the tournament
Participating in the middle of the tournament is accepted up until the start of the second round. A 200 yen discount will be applied to the participation fee.
In this case, the first round will be considered a forfeit, and participants will be able to participate from the second round onwards. Participants who join in the middle of the tournament may also be considered to have won the remaining matches by default. Also, participants who join in the second round onwards will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament. Please note this in advance.
If a person who has made a payment in advance does not register within the registration time, we may accept people who wish to register on the day or join in the middle of the tournament. If there are no vacancies as a result, people who have made a reservation in the middle of the tournament will not be able to join in the middle of the tournament.
○Leaving in the middle of the tournament
You can leave in the middle of the tournament at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-participation will not be accepted. If you leave midway, you will not be able to participate in the Janken Tournament.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff when you check in for the event.
※This does not overlap with other discounts. ※Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff when you check in for the event.
