■General Information
〇 Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the seating capacity.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
The event will be held with a minimum of 8 participants. If the number of participants is less than 8 or more than 3, the tournament format will change.
In this case, the event will be held as a three-round event with a participation fee of ¥500. Prizes will be as follows:
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
〇 Joining in the Event
You may join in the event up until the start of the second round.
In this case, you will receive a ¥500 discount on your participation fee and will be penalized for a loss in the first round.
○ Leaving the Event
You can leave the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry is not permitted.
〇 Number of Matches
Five Swiss rounds are confirmed.
〇 Decklist Registration
Decklist registration is accepted until 11:59 PM on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds.
〇 What to do if your payment is interrupted during pre-registration
If the registration process is interrupted, the registration button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to register again after a certain amount of time has passed.
If the registration button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The registration button will not appear outside the event period or if tickets are sold out.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players can enjoy half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ¥300. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This does not stack with other discounts. *Amounts less than ¥100 will be rounded up.
〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age can participate in all Hareruya-sponsored events free of charge. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event reception.
*This discount does not apply to other discounts.
○Notes
If you participate in this event, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
