●Reception method
Please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above. This event does not require reservations.

●Deck registration
Those who advance to Top 8 will need to register their decks on the same day. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register from "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on My Page.

●Event composition
After the Swiss round according to the number of participants, a single elimination will be held among the top players. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
9-16 people: Swiss draw 4 rounds + TOP4 single elimination
17-28 people: Swiss draw 5 rounds + TOP8 single elimination

●Participation midway through
Participation will be accepted until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 500 yen. The first round will be a bye. Even if you join in the middle of the match, the remaining matches may be won by default.

●Leaving midway
You can leave at any time. We cannot accept re-participation.

●Half price discount for women
Female players will receive half price participation fees at all events sponsored by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 500 yen. Please inform the staff at the time of event reception.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), discount benefits will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee. Fractions in the 10 yen range will be rounded up. For example, if the participation fee is 500 yen for an event, you will be charged 300 yen.

●Free for high school students and under
Players under high school age can participate for free at all events sponsored by Hareruya. Please present your student notebook to the staff when registering for the event.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events such as Shield, discount benefits will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee. Fractions in the 10 yen range will be rounded up. For example, for an event where the pack fee is 2,970 yen, you will be charged 3,000 yen.

●Others
If you are participating in this competition, such as when you finish in the top 8, you may be seen in media such as photos and videos.
