■General Information
○ Event structure
Starting with 2 people. The method of holding the event will change depending on the number of people.
2 people: 1st round only, winner will receive a 100 yen ticket
3 people: Round robin tournament, winners will receive a 100 yen ticket
4 people or more: Fixed to 3 Swiss rounds
○ Advance reservation
Advance reservations will be made during the following period. Please complete the procedure from "Application" at the bottom of this page.
(※If the procedure is interrupted midway, the "Cancel application" display will disappear after a while and you will be able to make reservations again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours and check in.
○ On-the-day reception
Those who are registering on the day of the event should come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours. (※Depending on the number of reservations, we may not be able to accept reservations on the day. In this case, we will notify you on our Twitter.)
○Deck registration
We ask all players who have won all their matches to register their decks on the day. Deck registrations from other players are also welcome. You can also do so in advance. Please register at the bottom of this page, "Deck registration," or at "Tournament deck registration" on your My Page.
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are four or more participants.
○Participation in the middle of a match
Participation in the middle of a match will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Participants who join in the middle of a match may also be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. This event can be participated in for 300 yen. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Shield (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.
○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please present your student handbook to the staff when checking in at the event.

○Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time. Please withdraw from the event using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept your re-entry. If you leave midway, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in the media, such as photos and videos.
