■General Information
〇 Participation registration
First come, first served. Registration will close as soon as the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the number of seats.
○ Minimum number of participants
The event will be held with 8 participants. If the number of participants is less than 8 or more than 5, the tournament format will change. In that case, it will be held as a 4-round event with a participation fee of 1,000 yen, and the prizes will be
・4-0: 3,000 points
・3-1: 1,500 points
・2-2: 500 points
If the number of participants is less than 5, it will be held as a 3-round daily event with a participation fee of 500 yen.
〇 Participation in the middle
You can join in the middle until the start of the second round. In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 500 yen, and the first round will be a forfeit.
○ Leaving in the middle
You can leave in the middle at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-participation will not be accepted.
〇Number of matches
After the Swiss round according to the number of participants, there will be a single elimination round among the top players in the Swiss round.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only. There will be no single elimination round.
9-16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 2 Top 4 single elimination rounds
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 3 Top 8 single elimination rounds
〇Those who advance to the final tournament are requested to register their decklist online at the bottom of the event page. Decklist registration is open until 23:59 on the day of the event. Prizes will be exchanged for the decklist you submitted, so please submit it as soon as possible.
〇About interruptions to payment when using pre-registration
If the payment is interrupted during the process, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without doing anything. If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or if the event is sold out.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Participation in this event costs 300 yen. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.

〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please present your student handbook to the staff when registering for the event.

If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise appear in media.
