〇 Rules
Mulligans will be the current mulligan rules.
Other rules will remain the same as those in place prior to the release of the Magic 2010 Core Set.

Combat damage is applied to the stack.
○ Registration Method
Please come to the event counter during registration hours. If you pre-registered, please come to the event counter during registration hours.
○ Deck Registration
Top 8 players must register their decks by the day of the event. Pre-registration is also available. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held with a minimum of 9 participants.
○ Late Participation
Late participation is accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a bye. Late participants may also receive byes for the remaining matches.
If a pre-registered player fails to register within the registration time, we may accept a same-day registration or a late-entry player. If there are no available seats, those who pre-registered will not be able to join.
○ Late-entry withdrawal
You may leave at any time. Re-entry will not be permitted.
○ Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at event registration.
※This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount applies to the entry fee excluding packs. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the fee will be 300 yen.
○ Free for high school students and younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Shield, the discount applies to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event where the pack cost is 2,970 yen, the discount will be 3,000 yen.
○Other
If you participate in the tournament, such as if you place in the Top 8, you may be featured in photos, videos, and other media.
