● For those who have vouchers of The Year of the Dragon:
September-October: 《Korvold, Fae-Cursed King》
November-December: 《龍の大嵐》
Those who bring the vouchers distributed at the Magic League will exchange them for the Year of the Dragon promo.
*One event participation is limited to the exchange of one promo card. *After the number of cards available for distribution has been given out, even if you have an exchange ticket, you will not be able to exchange it for a promo card.

**Event Structure**
3 rounds of Swiss Draw. At the end of R3, we will hold Jan-Ken Championship and the winner will have PWFM promo card.

**Deck Registration**
Those who scored 3win are requested to register the deck on the day. You can also register in advance. Please register from "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on my page.

**Minimum Number of Participants**
It will be held if the number of participants is 4 or more.

**Late Entry**
Until the start of the second round, you can join. In this case, the entry fee reduced to 300yen and the first round will be lost by default. You may also have bye in the remaining rounds.

In case a pre-registered player did not show up in time, other players may join this event. If the capacity is full in the event, late entry of pre-registered players may not be accepted.

**Discount for high school student or younger**

Players of high school student and younger are Free of charge at all events hosted by Hareruya.
Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event registration desk.
The discount cannot be applied in duplicate with other discounts. For some events, such as Shield, the discount benefit will be applied to the participation fee excluding the cost of the pack, with fractions of 10 yen rounded up.

**Discount for Female**
Female players will receive Half off the registration fee for all events hosted by Harukeya. (300yen for this event)Please ask the staff at the event registration desk.

**Dropping Event**
You can leave at any time. You will not be able to rejoin. Dropped players will not join Jan-Ken Championship.
