    At the begining of R3, we held Jan-Ken tournament.
    Winner will have Foil version Promo Pack.
    Others will have Normal version Promo Pack.
    There are Promo Pack of various sets from March of the Machine to Outlaws of Thunder Junction.

    For those who have the vouchers distributed in the Magic League, they will be exchanged for Year of the Dragon promos.

    *Once the available number of cards has been distributed, even if you have an exchange ticket, you cannot exchange it for a promo card.
